Hidden Valley Lift Tickets
COVID-19 Planning your visit to Hidden Valley:

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have COVID-19, please stay at home. We will refund your day ticket so you can come when you are better.
Face Coverings are mandatory in buildings, in lift lines and on lifts.
Be prepared to spend most of your day outside…why wouldn’t you!!
Cold weather closure is -25 before wind-chill. Wind will be assessed on-site.
Tickets:
All tickets must be booked in advance
There is a 2 week advance booking window on day tickets
When booking online you will be directed to an external site
Daily admissions are restricted to 500 (this includes all ages)
Memberships have to book in advance after purchasing a membership (further details on our tickets page)
Tickets can be collected from the outside ticket window. Remember to bring your booking ref!
Lodge:
Lodge Capacity is 200 seated dining for café users and bathroom use only.
All floors are used for seated dining. There are no bag lunch areas indoors.
Lockers and storage areas are closed. Please use your vehicle as home base.
Café/Lounge:
Capacities are limited and guidelines enforced
Café is for paying patrons only
You will not be permitted to “park” in the seating areas but we have other things for you to try – Visitor Centre, Toboggan Hill, Skating, XC Skiing and Snowshoeing.
One member per family can order and collect at the counter.
Rentals:
Capacity in rentals building is limited so please be patient.
If the building is full you will be asked to wait outside…be prepared.
Lessons:
Lessons will be on a discounted 1hr private lesson basis.
Max 3 persons from the same family cohort. (Age 2-5 Ski lesson max 2)
