Free Delivery is only available for orders being shipped within Canada. All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE.
Orders made at shop.boardinghouse.com will ship within two to five business days from when the order was placed. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, you can choose a faster shipping method or call us at 1-403-529-5420 to speak with a customer service representative and make alternative shipping arrangements. Orders with Free Delivery are shipped Xpresspost™Canada Post and generally arrive within 2-4 days after your order was placed. You will be emailed your tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm MST.
A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your has been shipped. To track your package, please visit www.canadapost.ca and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you, once your order is shipped.
Signing For Delivery
All deliveries MUST be signed for. Otherwise The Boarding House cannot take responsibility for delivery.
All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shiped via Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, The Boarding House cannot take responsibility for delivery.
Oversize Delivery Surcharges
Certain items are oversize or overweight and incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty (we will not bill your credit card until you have accepted the shipping costs).
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, 30 days for a store credit . If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product to the Online Store and request a replacement size. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please call 1-403-529-5420 weekdays from 9am to 5pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, The Boarding House cannot accept your returned product. With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, The Boarding House does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by The Boarding House. To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance Items unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occured processing your order.
Christmas Refunds, Returns and Exchange PolicyReturn the unused product with the tags still attached to The Online Store within 7 days after Christmas for a full refund, 30 days after Christmas for a store credit. To process a Refund, Return or Exchange at a Boarding House Location you will need to bring the printed paper receipt that was sent with your order and the Credit Card that was used to make the purchase. The Boarding House Locations cannot process Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for Online Orders that were paid for using PayPal or Interac. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed on Boxing Day.
All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.
