Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 30 days for a store credit. If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product to the Online Store and request a replacement size. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please call 1-403-529-5420 weekdays from 9am to 5pm MST to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, The Boarding House cannot accept your returned product.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, The Boarding House does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by The Boarding House. To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Clearance Items unless the product is covered under warranty or an error occured processing your order.

Christmas Refunds, Returns and Exchange PolicyReturn the unused product with the tags still attached to The Online Store within 7 days after Christmas for a full refund, 30 days after Christmas for a store credit. To process a Refund, Return or Exchange at a Boarding House Location you will need to bring the printed paper receipt that was sent with your order and the Credit Card that was used to make the purchase. The Boarding House Locations cannot process Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for Online Orders that were paid for using PayPal or Interac. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed on Boxing Day.
