In Store Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the item (on full priced items), and within 30 days for a store credit. REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY SORRY.

If you purchased the incorrect size, you may return the unused product and request a replacement size or item.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.

We must be able to see that the product was purchased from The Boarding House to process any returns/exchanges so please bring the receipt or the phone number used to purchase the item and we would be happy to assist you!

To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Swimwear or Sale Items unless the product is covered under warranty.

 


Online Refunds and Returns

Order Cancellations will be subjected to a 15% (of sale price) Restocking fee.

If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product and request a replacement size.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order.

If your order box arrives damaged DO NOT accept the order. Refuse it.

Prior to returning an item, please email scott@boardinghouse.ca to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Without an RA, The Boarding House cannot accept your returned product and it will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Once you send the product in the mail please e-mail [email protected] with the tracking number. If we do not receive a tracking number from you within 1 week your RA will be void and we will be unable to accept any returns/exchanges from that order.

The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns/exchanges.

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE WRAPPED/BOXED OR REFUND WILL BE FORFEIT. You wouldn't want your products to come with writing on/damaged packaging so please hold the same standards for your returns/exchanges.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, The Boarding House does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges.

In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by The Boarding House.

With Sezzle, all the user fees are charged to The Boarding House. Making the service free for the customer. In the case of Refunds and Returns where Sezzle was used as a payment option, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping and the Sezzle charges incurred by The Boarding House.
