WHAT IS GO SKATE DAY

Go Skateboarding Day was first started in 2004 by the International Association of Skateboard Companies (IASC) as a way to promote skateboarding and bring the community together. Since then, it has grown into a global event that attracts thousands of skateboarders from all over the world.

WHY SKATEBOARDING

One of the main benefits of skateboarding is that it encourages people to get outside and be active. It's a great way to stay in shape, build strength, endurance, while improving balance and coordination. Skateboarding also offers a unique form of self-expression and creativity, as riders can customize their boards and develop their own style of riding. One of the most unique sports out there.
